Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items in their original condition.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

- Personalized Doll Houses & Accessories
- Assembled Climbing Frame Accessories
- Used outdoor game sets where packaging has been discarded (Boules & Petanque, Croquet, Garden Games, Lawn Games, Giant Games)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our friendly customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visible on the outside, and ship to:
