Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our friendly customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days (just like our order processing!) with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visible on the outside, and ship to:
